Task
Airtec Services (Yorkshire) Limited was commissioned to design, cost and install the above project for Snape Roberts Limited. This was a new build project which allowed our engineers ease of installation.
The equipment and controls were chosen to complement the office design and layout which was a modern, open plan type.
Solution
In order to keep the price to a minimum we selected single and twin type split systems, with both wall mounted and cassette type indoor units.
All the interconnecting services were run within the ceiling void to a suitable point, then through to outside and onto the outdoor condensing units which were sited in the compound to the rear of the premises.
We were also asked to install the hot and cold water services and above ground drainage to serve various kitchen areas.
The sanitary ware was supplied to the customer's specification, with all services being fed from a mains supply and drainage point.
On completion of the above, Airtec Services (Yorkshire) Limited then submitted all relevant drawings plus operation and maintenance manuals.
