Service and Maintenance

Airtec services offer a no obligation quotation for maintenance of any type of air conditioning/heat recovery and ventilation system to suit the individual needs of clients. We strongly recommend a preventative maintenance contract to be taken out to ensure a longer lifespan of equipment, higher performance and better energy efficiency. Two visits per year for normal applications would be suitable, but more frequently in critical locations such as server rooms and laboratories.

One of the most important procedures we undertake is to ensure the indoor and outdoor coils/heat exchangers are chemically cleaned. Failure to clean these coils could result in the indoor coil emitting unpleasant odours.

Whilst carrying out the maintenance our engineers would test all parts and controls to ensure the system is operating correctly. Should we find a fault we would submit a cost for repair and approval before such repairs are undertaken.

All works are carried out to a high standard with all areas left in a neat and tidy condition. All our engineers are fully qualified and Airtec Services are CHAS accredited and FGas certified.
