Split Air Conditioning
Designed to heat or cool small to medium sized applications, split systems provide a versatile, yet affordable air conditioning solution. Quick to install and quiet (as low as 19dBA), these systems offer attractive ranges and the perfect way to ensure a comfortable environment with the minimum of disruption.
Available as a power inverter option or as a standard inverter. Both inverter options offer a high SCOP (seasonal coefficient of performance) which can range between 3.8 and 5.2, meaning every 1 Kw of electricity used gives between 3.8 and 5.2 Kw of heating/cooling.
Surprisingly affordable, the efficiency of this type of system presents substantial savings in heating mode, when compared with more conventional heating systems. Additional features allow control of temperature set point, fan speed selection and time clock control.
Increasingly aware of the importance of protecting the environment, systems use R410A (ozone friendly) refrigerant with zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential).
Many models also make use of a new air filtering system containing the compound Catechin, which helps to improve air quality and prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses.
